Washington/Idaho Meeting Facility

The Best Western Peppertree Liberty Lake Inn has a proven history of creating event magic. Whether you’re holding a meeting, banquet or reception, our flexible facilities can accommodate from a dozen to 100 guests. And our experienced, professional and friendly staff will see to it that your event is not only successful but memorable as well. As an added bonus, we will be offering our facilities for no charge on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Meeting and Event Space. We proudly offer meeting space in three separate rooms. So whether your event is small or approaching large, we can make it work. We also make your work easier by giving you the option of renting an overhead projector, screen, flip chart and easel, and audio/visual equipment. And while your executives are providing food for thought, we have quality outside vendors available to provide food for sustenance. Last but not least, our business center is located adjacent to the meeting rooms to handle all your fax and photocopy needs.

Liberty Lake Room. This room totals 950 square feet (25 x 38) with a ceiling height of 10 feet. It can be set up in a variety of styles depending on the size of your group: Theatre (100), Classroom (60), Banquet (60), Board (40) U-Style (60) and Reception (100).

Peppertree Room. At 675 square feet (25 x 27) and with a ceiling height of 10 feet, the Peppertree Room can be set up to seat up to 36 people. This room is only available after 10 AM.
